pan fry scallops 1 min each side until golden
same as black pudding 1 min each side garnish with side salad
the beef seal each side for 2 mins put in oven 5-8 min take out and rest.
mash maris piper patatoes and sive then add saffron .
brring to the boil with salt sugar and butter simmer for five mins .
finish off in frying pan with butter
bash 100gr digestive-100gm ginger nuts
200ml double cream beat until soft
200gr cream cheese beat until soft
250gr fresh raspberries.
fold in cream into cheese then add raspberries .
pour onto base set aside in fridge 2-3 hours done
